Cute little location with amazing ramen, I ordered the crispy tofu and the Hong Kong bowl, both came out beautifully in presentation and tasted just as good. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, very patient when we were ordering and even offered mints as we left. I highly recommend visiting this place to give it a try and keep coming back.

I had such a wonderful dining experience. The pho was truly exceptional with deep, rich flavors and perfectly balanced ingredients that made every bite memorable. On top of that, our waiter was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire meal, which really elevated the experience. Everything from the atmosphere to the service to the food came together perfectly. I will return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal.

Great food, service is A+, and I enjoyed the piano music. Very relaxing while we enjoyed our food. It was packed with flavor and lots of toppings the spicy shrimp ramen was just right, not too spicy, but packed a flavor bomb. The triple pork was delicious and truly unexpected nothing like it in Grand Forks. It was my first time here and won't be the last. Great Japanese and other Asian goodies. SEPT 24th - You eat with your eyes first and the Sushi Chef out did themselves. The flavor in both rolls was true amazing, you tasty each flavor but they all come together in a flavor bomb. This is a must try if you like great sushi. NOV 12th, fantastic once more. JAN 7th, tried the spicy miso ramen and it's fantastic. Not to spicy, packed with flavor and the pork belly melted in my mouth. I could've drank a gallon of the broth. The BBQ Pork with kimichi was also outstanding. The pork was grilled to perfection and the rice picked up the flavor. If you haven't tried Kaizen yet, it's a "MUST STOP" restaurant. AUG 18th, the new menu items are awesome. The Khao Soi ramen and the Sukhothai ramen was a taste of Thailand. Both were packed with flavor and the toppings were outstanding. What are you waiting for, this is a must "try" restaurant. EASTER UPDATE: Best ramen in town. Fresh, flavorable and satisfying. Waiting for their new resturants to open soon, Asian Fusion has me very interested.

I tried the grilled chicken teriyaki with jasmine rice during lunch. As a Cook, you can spot a Cook/Restaurant that pays attention to all the details, and they do here. The presentation, quality, flavors of my dish were perfect. I would recommend the grilled chicken teriyaki if you like a light, healthy lunch, because it was prepared by a Cook/Chef who is an expert. Kind of nice to have that option in downtown GF/EGF. Price was reasonable for the level of Chef and attentive staff.

We finally tried Kaizen after taking our daily walk by the place for several weeks. Summary: What took us so long? This place is terrific! The food was amazing. We started with Gyoza as an appetizer. The dumplings themselves were served hot and came with a delicious dipping sauce. We chose ramen dishes for dinner. I had the Sukothai and my wife had the Kaow Soi. Both were well prepared, piping hot, with incredibly fresh ingredients. Beverages included Sangria and a huge delicious can of Sapporo premium. In a day when so many restaurants are chock filled with television screens, there was only one to be found in Kaizen, and it featured videos of people preparing various delicacies. The decor was peaceful, augmented by pleasant music playing overhead. If you like delicious, excellent Ramen, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere, you have to give Kaizen a try. We're so glad we did, and look forward to our next visit!
